This building complex stands in the vicinity of Genoa’s commercial
harbour, forming a large quadrilateral around a central square. A place
of continuous transit, the Maritime Station must be accessible night
and day while conserving its image and architectural articularities.
The in-ground luminaires with asymmetrical luminous output were
chosen because of the need for efficient illumination which blends into
the building’s image during the day.
Cyclospot 30 is an in-ground luminaire with a moving optical set that can
be inclined 25° to adjust the direction of light. This series of lamps is available
in two models with smaller diameters: Cyclospot 23 and Cyclospot 16.
The 16 model, thanks to a reduced depth of the ring, may be wall mounted as well.
